VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring every feature and enhancement delivers value to our customers and aligns with business goals. Impact:- Lead the evolution of products that help businesses innovate, automate, and grow.
- Partner closely with world-class engineering, design, and account teams.
- Integrate insights from customers, competitors, and internal teams to deliver creative, market-leading solutions.
- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to guide features from concept to release, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Run effective agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive an efficient workflow and remove blockers.
- Inspire and support our Account and Sales teams, enabling them to successfully implement new features with clients.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced software or web application environment (ideally B2B SaaS, CRM, or data analytics). A deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Background in SaaS Product Development. Knowledge of Azure or similar DevOps tooling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis or statistics. Developer background or programming qualification. A BA/BS degree with a major in information management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
