We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.The OpportunityYou will be responsible for creating enterprise-quality AI, ML, and Data Science based solutions. You will be involved in technology selection, API design, and establishing core patterns within our products and client projects. You will consider functional and non-functional requirements to inform these decisions and lead our development team in implementing them. You will work with our world-class Data Science and Data Engineering teams to provide robust, high-quality, performant cloud-based solutions for our customers. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to development, review code, and drive improvements to our development practices and processes. You will interact with clients and business stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences, and help translate customer needs into architecturally sound solutions. You are expected to stay current with evolving AI technologies, bring new ideas to projects, and assess ideas from the team.What You’ll Be DoingCreating enterprise-quality solutions with experience in fitting enterprise software into a wider technical landscapeDeveloping serverless solutions to run data science and ML modelsCreating cloud infrastructure as code deployment codeGuiding a cross-disciplinary team of Optimisers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers and QA EngineersUnderstanding and relating customer and business needs to technical solutionsLiaising with customers, product owners and business analysts to ensure work is correct and architecturally soundMaking technology and approach choices to meet non-functional requirements while delivering valueWhat We Want From YouExcellent understanding of Java, Typescript and/or Python, as core cloud languagesIndustry experience with an Infrastructure-as-Code platform (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)Strong understanding of serverless development and containerisation for cloud deploymentsIn-depth knowledge of at least one cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and appropriate technologies for use casesExperience writing enterprise-quality solutions and understanding how enterprise software fits in a wider technical landscapeSolid understanding of traditional design patterns and ability to adapt them to AICommitment to rigorous quality processes, automated testing and IaC principlesExcellent written, spoken and diagrammatic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesExperience creating robust CI/CD pipelines that fully automate testing and release processesIf You Know Some Of This, Even BetterUnderstanding of event-driven architecturesWorking knowledge of RustExperience with data engineering platforms and principlesExperience with data science platforms and technologiesWhat We Can Offer YouAlongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills.
