The Opportunity

Business Analyst needed to join our Delivery team here in the UK. Working autonomously, you will ensure our clients’ business needs are documented, understood and met by the proposed solutions.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Gather and document requirements, turning them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for both business and technical users. This includes planning, running and facilitating workshops and reviewing source documentation.
  • Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability.
  • Create logical, innovative solutions to problems.
  • Present proposals to clients.
  • Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go‑live.
  • Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
  • Provide estimates for analysis work and plans in conjunction with Project/Programme Managers.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training to users of new systems as required.
  • Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
  • Keep up to date with technical and industry advances.
  • Maintain great client relationships at all levels of the organisation, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and effective escalation of business‑critical situations.
  • Manage situations and relationships both internally and externally.

What You Should Have

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst on e‑commerce / experience projects.
  • Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Managers.
  • Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, talented, enthusiastic, focused, detail‑oriented, professional and a strong team player.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and inspiring outstanding online experiences.
  • Customer‑first mindset with the maturity and initiative to keep clients happy, including on‑site work.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of Agile software delivery.
  • Business Process mapping and engineering.
  • eCommerce and retail / brand experience.
  • Production of high‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Analysis and design of systems (package integration and bespoke development).
  • Ability to work on own initiative to an agreed action plan.
  • Strong communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and everyday communication.
  • Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, with strong attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Agile / Scrum master experience.
  • Experience working with multiple different e‑commerce / experience platforms.
