Key Responsibilities:
- The Account Executive is responsible for managing retail accounts, building and maintaining long-term partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Drive sales performance through weekly and monthly analysis, meet targets and use insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain sales records, forecasts, and reports, and share insights with internal and external teams to support planning and performance.
- Develop strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and retailer needs.
- Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities to ensure continued competitiveness across territories.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across online and in-store environments.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
