We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to support the day-to-day operations of my client's business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about jewellery with strong administrative and communication skills. The Showroom Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth operations, maintain brand consistency and deliver exceptional customer experience.

As the Showroom Sales Executive your responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver a professional guest experience and maintain a high-standard, organised showroom.
  • Provide product knowledge and respond to enquiries across in-person, email, and phone channels.
  • Coordinate showroom calendar, Market Week planning, meetings, and internal/external communications.
  • Manage inbound/outbound deliveries and general showroom operations.
  • Maintain strong communication with retailers and suppliers, keeping records, contacts, and prospects updated.
  • Oversee full sample showroom management: organisation, labelling, storage by season/brand, clearance handling, packaging availability, and preparation for meetings/shoots.
  • Support Market Week execution, including To Do lists, meeting minutes, showroom readiness, and pack preparation.
  • Monitor retailer activity monthly, capturing and sharing promotional evidence.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, photoshoots, events, and brand representation.

Person Requirements

  • Strong interest in jewellery preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Reliable and able to work independently.
  • Strong aesthetic sense aligned with fashion brands.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
