Are you passionate about style and elegance and delivering exceptional customer service? They are on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Associate to be the face of the brand on the shop floor.
As a Fashion Sales Associate, you'll play a key part in creating an inspiring and welcoming shopping experience. You'll support customers in finding pieces they love, offer styling advice, combining the Art of Selling with your comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a personal touch

You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team, ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve group mission whilst continually learning and developing. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance and punctuality. You're approachable, stylish, and genuinely enjoy helping others look and feel great.
Previous luxury retail sales experience essential. A passion for fashion and strong sense of personal style. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
