My client is a well‑established fashion clothing supplier actively seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and monitor them through to delivery.
- Maintain sales reports, product data and inventory information with strong attention to detail.
- Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing professional support and updates.
- Coordinate sample management, ensuring samples are tracked, organised and accessible.
- Support the sales team with admin tasks, including scheduling, follow‑ups and internal coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Person Requirements
- A background in fashion sales administration / Buyers Administration or Production.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, English should be a first language due to the accuracy needed.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
