This position reports to Business Talent & Learning Manager EL EL Leadership & Soft Skills Development Partner. The candidate can be located anywhere across the EU.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving thought leadership, designing and delivering common Leadership and Soft skills solutions to support the EL Business Performance and Cultural evolution. Ensure full alignment with the ABB Values & Behaviors, the ABB leadership expectations working in proximity with the ABB Global People Development Team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand current and future Business priorities, aiming to design and implement common Leadership and soft skills learning solutions, increasing the Leadership capabilities in Electrification by:
- Developing solutions to respond to the common needs identified from the outputs of the Talent management agenda (i.e., People Review Sessions and Talent-Leadership Assessments).
- Working in proximity with the EL Academies to integrate Leadership and soft skills solutions in the Learning paths and Early Career Programs.
- Overseeing E2E's current Leadership and Soft skills offer developing opportunities to create a leaner process and communication.
- Constantly reviewing the portfolio of solutions in line with Business needs and promoting effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Developing an external network of partners to support Electrification in the design and delivery of the Leadership and soft skills learning solutions.
- Monitoring usage and assessing the impact of all solutions, promoting effective communication with the Business and monitoring the budget.
- Ensuring all solutions are inclusive and aligned with the ABB D&I strategy.
Qualifications:
- Consolidated experience as a Learning Architect, designing Leadership Programs in global and complex organizations; prior Talent experience is a plus.
- Background as a Program Manager, implementing learning initiatives in a global environment, working across multiple geographies and virtual teams.
- Strong understanding of key industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
- Commercially and digitally minded, with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across stakeholders, with a collaborative, energetic, inclusive, and constructive approach.
- Resilient, self-driven, and capable of working effectively with ambiguity and changing circumstances.
- Master's degree highly preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
