This position reports to: Production Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
- Support the team leader in maintaining warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse space.
- Ensure various warehousing operations, including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Maintain complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
- Check the quality of incoming goods for storage.
- Participate in regular inventory control processes, e.g., cycle counting and negative stocks.
Qualifications for the role:
- Strong warehouse experience/background.
- Great communication and IT skills.
- Experience overseeing inventory management and control to minimize discrepancies.
- Support with quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of excellence and ensure products and services meet or exceed expectations.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Licensed forklift operator (Desirable).
