This Position Reports To Business Communications Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities
The Marketing Communicator is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that support product launches, solution campaigns, and organizational initiatives relevant to the Sustainable Energy Agile Unit across global markets. This role ensures consistent, impactful messaging through digital channels, events, and customer engagement, translating strategic objectives into clear narratives that drive brand awareness, adoption, and stakeholder alignment. The MarCom expert will be hosted in the Sustainable Energy Create Awareness team and reporting to the Marketing Communications Smart Power Chapter. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power globally.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For:
- Developing and implementing integrated communication strategies for Agile Units, ensuring alignment with divisional goals, consistent messaging across all channels, and continuous optimization through performance tracking.
- Designing and executing marketing communication plans for product, application, and tool launches by creating tailored value propositions, managing promotional and digital initiatives, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Leading campaigns for products, tools, and solutions through compelling storytelling, building narratives that emphasize customer success, producing diverse content across multiple platforms, and positioning offerings as innovative answers to client needs.
- Managing communications with customers and Local Sales Organizations by delivering timely product updates, providing enablement resources and toolkits, and fostering trust through transparent, customer‑focused messaging.
- Planning and delivering trade shows and customer events that reinforce strategic objectives, designing impactful experiences, overseeing logistics and promotional activities, and leveraging events to generate leads, collect insights, and strengthen long‑term relationships.
Qualifications For The Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field desirable.
- At least 7 years of experience in a global multinational organization or a large PR/media and events agency in a communications, events lead or related role.
- Proven track record of content management, digital channel management and leading multi‑format events from digital to physical and hybrid with measurable impact (5+ years).
- Business‑driven personality with strong business acumen, resilience, and proactive drive to deliver results.
- Creative problem‑solver with a track record of developing innovative communication strategies and campaigns, skilled at translating strategic vision into actionable communication initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
- Excellent storytelling, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
- Enhanced ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures, geographies, and time zones, fostering inclusion and alignment, comfortably using collaboration tools and digital marketing practices.
- Strong project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and executing large‑scale projects from vision to implementation while ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence with measurable outcomes.
