This Position Reports To: Service Sales Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities:
- Drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales.
- Focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio that includes Low and Medium voltage solutions (up to 33kV).
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
- Penetrate into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.
- Understand the channel strategy and establish related prices, prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plan(s) when needed.
- Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilising market trend information and exploring potential new service portfolios.
- Act as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
Qualifications For The Role:
- Experience in the Electrification Industry and the commercial and industrial markets with experience of supporting and selling solutions into end users across various industries including but not limited to Food and Beverage, Utilities and Power Stations, Data Centres, Petrochemical among others.
- Strong experience in sales and marketing within the Electrification Industry or similar.
- Sales, marketing, communications background.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- UK full clean driving license.
