This position reports to Head of DA Sales, UK.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Responsible for OEM’s, Panel Builders, Consultants, End Users and EPC’s, focused on the sales and technical support of Digital Products and Digital Solutions.
- Represent ABB’s Distribution Solutions Digital portfolio including Relays, Automation Systems and solutions by providing customer product support, training and internal/external sales support.
- Provide onsite and remote support to customers for technical queries and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the sales budget of the Digital Products and Solutions business lines.
- Provide training on the digital products and solutions and portfolio internally and externally.
- Gain enquiries to key opportunities through engaging OEM’s, End Users, EPC’s and Consultants.
- Act as Factory and Digital Excellence Center Liaison for commercial and technical support.
- Develop innovative solutions to meet customers' challenges and market requirements.

Qualifications for the role:
- Strong experience in Digital products and solution and Technical Sales Support with Distribution Automation and Apparatus.
- Sound knowledge of IEC61850 Protocols, SCADA, ABB Product Portfolio and the Digital market.
- A minimum of HNC or equivalent in Electrical Installations and Engineering.
- Current FULL UK Driving license.
- Good understanding of power system protection for electrical networks.
- Able to program and upload relay settings to customer protection devices.
- Able to understand & create programmable scheme logic for P&C configurations.
- Great communication, organisation, teamwork skills.
