About the Role

As the Club Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive and vibrant community for our residents at our Star of the Sea facility in Torquay.

Both full time and part-time applications will be considered.

Working closely with our internal teams, you will coordinate and deliver engaging club services programs and services that reflect the interests and preferences of our residents, you will be proactively promoting available services, identifying opportunities to increase participation and driving sustainable service uptake that enhances the overall resident experience.

This is a diverse role that combines customer experience, lifestyle coordination and the development of new service offerings, with strong relationship management being key to success.

  • Create a warm, welcoming and person-centred experience for residents, families and visitors.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver engaging club services programs and activities that promote wellbeing, connection and inclusion.
  • Promote and grow the uptake of new and existing service offerings that enhance residents' quality of life, wellbeing and overall experience.
  • Support residents and families to understand and access available services and programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, participation and the overall resident experience.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of programs and services, including scheduling, logistics and resources.
  • Work collaboratively with care and clinical teams to ensure lifestyle programs complement residents' individual needs and care plans.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to support high-quality service delivery.

You will bring

  • Experience in aged care, hospitality, customer experience, sales or a related role.
  • An understanding of person-centred care and the needs of older people, including people living with dementia.
  • A customer-focused and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to promote and grow service offerings in a way that is aligned with residents' needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
