About the role:

  • We are looking for casual Personal Care Assistants to bring joy to our resident’s day.
  • Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be:
    • Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents preferences and strengths.
    • Applying person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residents.
    • Considering the residents individual needs, stage of life, development and strengths when engaging in support activities.

Shifts and days will vary, please list your preference for shifts and days with your application.

About you:

  • You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care.
  • To be considered for these roles, you will need:
    • Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
    • Previous experience working in an aged care facility.
    • Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team.
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
