VMCH is recruiting for a part-time Disability Support Worker to deliver high-quality personalised care at our 10-bed supported accommodation in Alphington, Victoria. You will work with residents, empowering them to achieve goals using Person-Centred Active Support.
You will hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability, have relevant disability sector experience, strong communication, teamwork and a current Victorian Driver's Licence, First Aid and CPR.
