Exclusive opportunity for an experienced brand leader to join a global B2B technology platform organisation at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation. Reporting into the executive leadership team, this role will lead the evolution of the organisation's global brand strategy, positioning and governance agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a consistent and differentiated market position across multiple international markets, ensuring brand investment drives measurable commercial impact and supports long-term business growth. This is a highly visible leadership role, suited to a commercially minded brand specialist with experience leading complex brand transformation programmes, developing global brand architectures and partnering closely with product, sales and executive stakeholders in matrixed international organisations.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. International travel required approximately once every six weeks. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate candidates with longer notice periods of 3 months or more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the global brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Develop and evolve brand architecture, positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions across a multi-product portfolio.
  • Drive brand transformation initiatives that strengthen market differentiation and support organisational change.
  • Establish and maintain global brand governance frameworks, standards, toolkits and processes.
  • Partner with product, commercial and regional leadership teams to develop integrated go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Champion digital innovation, automation and AI-enabled marketing capabilities that improve effectiveness and scalability.
  • Monitor brand performance and effectiveness, using insight and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on brand, reputation and market positioning.
  • Lead and develop high-performing international teams across multiple markets.
