Exclusive opportunity for a data-driven and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join a global B2B consultancy firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2B environment and is keen to drive digital strategy, campaign performance, and audience engagement across multiple online channels.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, events, and client teams, you will play a key role in delivering and evolving our digital marketing strategy. This includes managing digital platforms, optimising content and outreach, and using data to inform decisions and support business growth.

Role can be London or Oxford based - Hybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 from home.

  • Digital channel management: Maintain and optimise digital platforms (website, social media, email) to grow visibility, engagement, and reach.
  • Create and deliver digital campaigns, ensuring messaging and targeting align with business goals.
  • Data and analytics: Analyse performance metrics and dashboards to track progress, report on KPIs, and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  • ERM and CRM data management: Support relationship and client data processes to drive targeted, insight-led marketing activity.
  • Use data and tools to identify and reach relevant audiences across key markets.
  • Marketing technology: Content optimisation: Ensure that news, updates, recruitment messages and event content are effectively delivered to the right audiences.
  • Apply strong understanding of GDPR and digital compliance within all marketing practices.

Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B or professional services environment. Confident using data and insights to shape strategies and report on performance. Familiarity with ERM, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Experience running campaigns across digital channels including SEO, PPC, paid social (LinkedIn), and email. Strong project management capability, with attention to detail and a collaborative approach. Working knowledge of digital marketing regulations and GDPR.

Language skills one of the following advantageous: German, French, Italian. Written and spoken fluency in English essential.
