The Internal Communications and Engagement specialist will support the strategy, planning, and execution of internal communications, employee events, and engagement programmes. Create content for various internal comms channels and draft communications for senior leadership. Manage major internal events such as office updates, cohort sessions, and Townhalls. Translate global internal comms priorities into local initiatives. Curate an annual calendar of communications and engagement opportunities. Track and analyse KPIs related to internal communication and engagement. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adjust communication to different situations and audiences. Effective influence and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders. Internal Communications experience in a large, fast-paced global organisation. Proven written and verbal communication skills, with experience in storytelling through various mediums.
