Opportunity to join a leading B2B insurance organisation in a hands-on marketing role supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns and commercial initiatives across a range of corporate products and services. The role focuses on executing multi-channel marketing activity that drives engagement, supports lead generation and strengthens brand presence within a B2B audience. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the position plays a key role in ensuring marketing plans are delivered effectively and aligned to wider business objectives.

Hybrid working – 3 days in City of London, 2 from home. £50k (prorated for 6 month FTC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content and events to support commercial objectives.
  • Support the development and delivery of marketing plans aligned to product and business priorities.
  • Create and manage marketing content including emails, website updates, collateral and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate campaign activity across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to support lead generation, segmentation and campaign targeting.
  • Support event marketing activity including webinars, roundtables and industry events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs and channels.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a marketing role within a B2B environment, ideally financial services or insurance.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, content and web.
  • Experience executing campaigns end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Commercially aware with an interest in data and performance-driven marketing.
