Jack Pascoe, and VMA Group have partnered with a global engineering and infrastructure leader. They are seeking a Marketing Communications hero to join their UK & Ireland region, reporting into the regional Marketing Communications leadership team. This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of regional growth strategy and global brand governance. The successful candidate will support business growth and “win work” activity by delivering integrated marketing campaigns, high-quality content, and impactful event activation aligned to both regional priorities and global objectives.
You will operate within a sophisticated global marketing network, collaborating across borders, sectors and functions, ensuring that regional activity aligns seamlessly with corporate narrative, brand standards and best practice frameworks.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for a commercially minded marketing professional who understands how marketing drives revenue in complex B2B environments. You will support a defined UKI growth strategy, developing campaigns, assets and content that strengthen brand positioning and directly enable business development teams. You’ll play a central role in translating global campaigns into regionally relevant activation, ensuring audience targeting is precise, messaging is consistent, and execution is measurable.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional business leaders and business development teams to build integrated marketing campaigns aligned to growth objectives
- Develop compelling case studies, project profiles and proof points for digital channels and broader campaign deployment
- Lead the creation of high-quality written content for websites, advertising, brochures and award submissions
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels including digital, web, events, conferences and targeted collateral
- Support industry conferences and client events, including messaging development, tradeshow materials and campaign amplification
- Ensure all regional marketing activity aligns to global brand guidelines, messaging frameworks and governance standards
- Contribute proactively to regional strategy discussions, providing marketing insight and campaign direction
- Measure, evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness and deliverables
What you need
- Proven experience within a B2B marketing communications role, ideally within a complex or technical environment
- Strong end-to-end campaign development and content creation capability
- Exceptional written communication skills able to craft concise, compelling copy across digital and offline channels
- Experience managing conferences, industry events and client-facing activations
- Highly organised with strong project management and prioritisation skills
- Commercially aware able to connect marketing activity to broader business objectives
- Comfortable working within global structures, collaborating across geographies and senior stakeholder groups
- Naturally curious, confident operating within technical subject matter, and motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes in deadline-driven environments
