Opportunity to join a growing, commercially driven B2B tech organisation in a hands-on campaign role, owning end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role blends campaign strategy, creative development, and technical execution. Working closely with Sales, Technical teams and wider Marketing, the Marketing Campaign Manager takes full ownership of campaigns – from stakeholder briefing and concept development through to HubSpot execution, optimisation and performance reporting.

Hybrid working – typically 2 days in office, 3 from home. Location – London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, build and deliver end-to-end multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including ABM and proposition-led activity.
  • Create clear campaign briefs and tactical plans that challenge and shape ideas to drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Manage digital activation across email, paid and organic social, events, landing pages, content and nurture workflows.
  • Build and manage campaigns, workflows, emails, landing pages and dashboards using HubSpot.
  • Work closely with Sales, Technical and Marketing teams to align campaigns with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Act as the internal campaign expert, confidently presenting plans, rationale and performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Own MQL follow-up, nurturing and routing to maximise quality and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure campaign leads are understood, followed up and effectively actioned.
  • Brief, develop and refine campaign copy and creative assets in collaboration with marketing and content teams.
  • Monitor campaign impact and provide insight-driven reporting on performance and ROI.
  • Test, learn and optimise campaign creative and channel performance.
Skills & Experience:
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence and presence.
  • Creative and energetic approach with the ability to generate campaign ideas and concepts.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data to optimise campaign performance.
  • Solid understanding of acquisition, demand generation and digital marketing tactics.
  • Commercially aware mindset with a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue.
  • Experience working across paid, owned and earned digital channels.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
