This client is building a team globally to take a well-known Beauty & Wellness brand's social presence to the next level and they are looking for a Senior Social Strategist to help lead the charge.

You'll be right at the heart of it, shaping ideas, jumping on cultural moments, and helping create work that people actually care about.

  • Leading the social-first strategy for a market leading beauty brand.
  • Turning insight, data, and culture into sharp creative briefs.
  • Helping ideas travel, from TikTok trends to global campaigns.
  • Bringing clarity and conviction to strategic thinking.
  • From always-on content to reactive moments, you'll help make one of the most relevant brands on social.

Ideal background:

  • 8+ years in social strategy (with strong social/digital focus).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & emerging platforms.
  • Proven track record of work that actually performed. Award winning.
  • Comfortable working at both brand level and platform level.
  • Experience with creators/influencers is a big plus.
  • Previous agency side experience is a must.
  • Prior consumer brand experience would be useful including beauty, wellness or similar and working on global brands.
  • You don't need to be an expert, but you should be excited about using AI tools to uncover insights, spot patterns, and push your thinking further.
