Opportunity to join a dynamic, fast‑paced organisation in a senior internal communications role, partnering with leadership to shape and deliver communications that support business growth, transformation and M&A activity. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, developing clear and credible communication approaches that strengthen leadership capability, drive engagement and support organisational change. Working across central functions including People, Talent & Development and Reward, the role combines strategic influence with hands‑on delivery, ensuring communications are aligned, authentic and impactful.
Hybrid working – Four days in the office, one from home
Location – London
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the drafting and delivery of complex internal communications for M&A activity, including acquisitions, divestments, integrations and joint ventures
- Develop clear and compelling strategic narratives that articulate complex business decisions, financial outcomes and organisational changes
- Draft and manage high‑stakes communications relating to restructuring, leadership changes and strategic resets
- Create executive‑level materials including CEO scripts, ELT briefings, FAQs and leadership toolkits
- Advise senior leaders on messaging, tone and sequencing in sensitive and fast‑moving situations
- Act as a trusted advisor on transformation, organisational change and leadership communications
- Develop and execute integrated communications and engagement plans aligned to business strategy and employee experience
- Support senior leadership communications to ensure clarity, consistency and strategic impact
- Set the strategic direction for internal communications channels, optimising channel mix, cadence and content
- Develop Group‑wide communications that reinforce culture and shared identity
- Extensive experience in internal communications within complex, fast‑moving organisations
- Proven track record supporting M&A, transformation and organisational change communications
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level
- Excellent writing ability with experience delivering complex and high‑impact communications
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into clear messaging
Salary – Circa £90,000 per annum (DOE) + generous bonus and benefits
