An opportunity to join a specialist Executive Search firm, VMA Group, in a delivery-focused role, supporting the successful execution of Marketing and Communications search assignments across a range of sectors. This is a research-led, candidate-focused position, working closely with senior consultants to identify, engage and assess high-quality talent. The role is focused on delivery and not business development, making it well suited to someone who enjoys research, relationship building and project execution. You will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of candidate experience and supporting the end-to-end delivery of assignments in a structured, fast-paced environment, leveraging modern tools to enhance research and delivery. Central London β 3 days a week in office, 2 from home. Β£35,000+ OTE (including base salary and commission).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market mapping and research to identify relevant talent across target sectors.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using a range of tools, platforms and AI-assisted search techniques.
- Engage candidates, providing clear role briefings and managing relationships throughout the process.
- Assess candidates through structured conversations, evaluating experience, motivations and fit.
- Support the delivery of assignments, including preparing longlists, shortlists and candidate summaries.
- Track progress across multiple assignments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Use AI tools to enhance research, candidate identification and process efficiency.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support project delivery and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and ensure compliance with data processes.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in recruitment, research, talent acquisition or a related professional services environment beneficial.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and engage relevant talent.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research and workflow efficiency.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
