AI Content Partnerships Manager – 6 month contract (opportunity to go perm). Exclusive opportunity to join a global financial services organisation, in a partnerships-led role focused on driving visibility across external content ecosystems that shape AI and search outputs. The role sits within a central EMEA marketing function responsible for delivering high-impact client experiences and strengthening brand presence across key European markets. This position will focus on identifying and influencing the external platforms and publishers that shape AI outputs, building partnerships and distribution strategies to enhance visibility and authority. Hybrid working – 4 days in office, 1 from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritise external publishers, platforms and sources that influence AI and search outputs.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies across third-party ecosystems.
  • Manage partner relationships, including integrations, content placements and paid opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including media, content, SEO and strategy to align priorities.
  • Monitor how content is surfaced across AI and search, using insight to refine approach.
  • Build scalable frameworks to standardise engagement with external partners.
  • Act as a central coordination point to ensure consistency in messaging and presence.
  • Stay up to date with AI-driven discovery and platform developments.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Experience working with publishers, platforms or external partners.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise based on impact and scalability.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of digital content ecosystems and discovery dynamics.
  • Experience in performance analysis and optimisation.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment.
  • Strong interest in AI-powered search and emerging discovery platforms.
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
  • Ideally experience within financial services or another regulated environment.
