An independent energy company with operations in Africa and Latin America is hiring a Communications Officer to join their expanding business.

Supporting the Head of Communications, this role is heavily focused on internal communications (90%) with a small fraction on external communications (10%).

You will play a critical role in ensuring that organisation’s initiative and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.

This includes: Generating content for all channels Building and maintaining their content calendar Planning and coordinating internal events Managing the intranet Promoting employee initiatives such as health and well-being, L&D, recognition awards Assisting the company website, being a brand advocate and creating merchandise, managing relationships with key suppliers for communications materials This is a 12 month contract role paying up to £65,000.

Their office is in Victoria and they operate a hybrid working model of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
