This role sits at the centre of a major strategic priority, partnering with senior stakeholders across technology, strategy and communications to develop clear, credible narratives that position AI as a driver of client value and organisational performance. Combining strategic influence with hands‑on delivery, the role will play a key part in embedding an AI‑first mindset across the firm.
Location – Central London, three days in the office, two from home
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a global internal communications strategy that supports adoption of an AI‑first mindset.
- Create clear, human‑centred narratives that build trust, understanding and confidence in AI across the organisation.
- Counsel senior leaders and partners on messaging, enabling them to effectively communicate and advocate for AI.
- Deliver a consistent cadence of content across global channels to engage colleagues on AI strategy, tools and progress.
- Manage AI communication channels including intranet and engagement platforms to ensure accessibility and clarity.
- Collaborate with Change, People and Learning teams to support behavioural and cultural transformation.
- Partner with external communications to deliver a strong, aligned external AI positioning strategy.
- Support thought leadership and media engagement to reinforce the firm’s reputation in responsible AI.
- Ensure messaging is consistent across all internal and external channels.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex AI developments into clear and compelling communications.
- Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency and pace across markets.
- Support the communication of key AI milestones and strategic developments across the firm.

- Significant experience delivering strategic communications programmes in complex, global organisations.
- Strong background in technology, transformation or change communications.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and developing credible, high‑impact narratives.
- Commercial awareness with sound judgement in managing sensitive communications.
- Digitally confident with experience across multiple channels and formats.
