The Internal Communications and Engagement specialist will support the strategy, planning, and execution of internal communications, employee events, and engagement programmes. This role is crucial in bringing the business, client, and people strategy to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the internal comms and employee engagement agenda.
- Create content for various internal comms channels and draft communications for senior leadership.
- Manage major internal events such as office updates, cohort sessions, and Townhalls.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior internal leaders and stakeholders.
- Highlight impactful work and activities across offices.
- Translate global internal comms priorities into local initiatives.
- Develop strategies for major 'moments' throughout the year that unite the business.
Additional Responsibilities
- Curate an annual calendar of communications and engagement opportunities.
- Execute employee engagement initiatives, coordinating with the operations team.
- Review and manage internal comms channels for consistency and clarity.
