A global creative agency is searching for their first Head of Internal Communications to join the team. In this new role, you will have full responsibility of establishing the internal communications function, putting the structure and framework in place. They are currently going through an exciting period of change, including organisational restructure and cultural shift, so you will have a key role to play in leading transformation communications.
You will work very closely with the CEO, serving as their strategic partner to create high impact content to ensure global alignment and build leadership visibility across the group. This is a permanent role paying up to £110,000. Their office is in Clerkenwell and they operate a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
You must have established internal/executive internal communications experience on a global scale and have recent experience agency-side.
