A global technology business having recently formed as a result of a merger is looking for a new Head of External Communications to join at this exciting period of change. Working alongside the Director of Global Communications, you will jointly devise the strategic PR strategy with the aim to launch the new brand, position the new organisation and raise their exec’s profiles.

The role will involve:

  • Managing an external PR agency
  • Providing strategic counselling to execs on reputation, messaging and media engagement
  • Building and maintaining relationships with top tier media
  • Identifying story angles and opportunities to elevate brand
  • Leading on crisis comms and issues management

This is a fast-paced role, suitable for someone with lots of energy and creativity. This is a 6-12 month position paying up to £70,000. Their office is based in Liverpool Street and they operate a hybrid working model of 2-3 days in the office. Alternatively, the role can be based in Amsterdam and the annual salary is 80,000 euros.
