Our global financial services client is looking for a number of Internal Communications Business Partners to add both strategic and tactical weight to the newly restructured IC team at a critical time for the business as it integrates recent acquisitions. The Internal Communications Business Partner, Commercial, will support the sales, broker and back office functions.
As Internal Communications Business Partner, Commercial, you will work closely with both the central IC team and functional leadership within sales, broker partners and back office. You will:
- Act as trusted partner to senior leadership offering guidance and counsel
- Devise and deliver integrated communications plans to inform, engage and support commercial staff, focusing activity on relevant and proven channels and with specific tailoring to those audience groups
- Shape business strategy into clear and engaging communications that foster greater understanding and engagement
- Work with colleagues across the People team, transformation programmes, sustainability and external/corporate comms to ensure communications are aligned and support the fostering of a single company culture
- Use data and metrics to measure and improve the outcomes of your communications
About you: We’re looking for experienced Internal Communications Business Partners or Managers with strong exposure to commercial, sales and back-office populations wanting that next step, more responsibility and greater autonomy. You will be a strong IC generalist with a track record of delivering real impact and outcomes to these audiences. A highly skilled comms professional, you will be a problem solver, a great stakeholder manager with strong commercial acumen and creative flair.
This is an exciting role as part of a newly formed and high performing IC team at a pivotal time in their growth journey. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with regular time spent in Southampton and/or London.
