Our global financial services client is looking for an experienced Change Communications Lead for an 18mth FTC to help them with post-acquisition business integration. In this role you will be responsible for devising and implementing the communications strategy & plan to bring together three businesses and brands, focusing on both technical and people integration and working within a programme environment.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communication, as Communications Lead for the program you will create the comms framework, build relationships across the business and deliver the communications to the various audiences across suitable channels. You’ll work closely with the People team, covering topics such as TUPE transfer, and will shape your communications in support of a single company-wide culture.
About you: We’re looking for an experienced Change Communications Lead with a track record of working on large-scale transformation programmes, including M&A. You’ll be a highly skilled comms professional, a problem solver, a great stakeholder manager, strong commercial acumen and excellent organisation and attention to detail.
This is an exciting role at the heart of a major transformational journey for a leading brand. The role offered on a hybrid basis, largely remote but with regular time spent in Southampton, London and occasionally on other sites across the UK.
