Exclusive opportunity for an ambitious Paid Media Specialist to help scale paid acquisition across Google and Meta for a high-growth, direct-to-consumer marketplace. This is a hands-on performance role within a fast-moving scale-up environment, where speed, testing and learning matter more than perfection. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative and data teams to drive customer growth for a subscription-based platform with a strong international footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across paid search and paid social, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta.
- Support the delivery of acquisition targets by improving cost per acquisition, conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
- Keep campaign structures, tracking and naming conventions clean, consistent and scalable.
- Analyse performance across multiple data sources to understand what is driving results and where improvements can be made.
- Run and document tests across creative, copy, audiences and bidding approaches to improve efficiency and growth.
- Work closely with creative teams to brief, review and refine ads based on performance insight.
- Monitor daily and weekly budget pacing, flagging risks and recommending reallocations where needed.
- Own pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure campaigns are set up, tracked and running correctly.
- Make sure conversion tracking, pixels and dashboards are accurate and reliable across all channels.
- Produce clear written performance updates with insight, learning and next-step recommendations.
- Use customer insight, search data and competitor research to generate new campaign and creative ideas.
- Help prioritise testing roadmaps and ensure learnings are captured and shared with the wider team.
Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience running and optimising paid media across Google and Meta in a growth-focused business.
- Comfortable working with data and dashboards, ideally alongside in-house data or analytics teams.
- Strong interest in how marketing drives customer growth and revenue.
- Experience working with creative teams to brief, test and improve ads.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to explain performance and results to different audiences.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and testing is constant.
