What you’ll do

  • My client is looking for a visionary marketer to steer global strategy and innovation pipeline for some new product launches.
  • You’ll own everything from idea to launch—guiding cross‑functional teams, championing customer insight, and ensuring the new product answers real‑world needs in the US and worldwide.
  • Partner with the Downstream marketing team, local and global, to ensure the New Product Strategy and Innovation roadmap is aligned with the local markets’ needs (US and Worldwide).
  • Build strong Global Marketing 5-yr plans.
  • Support the Global brands and launch plans based on market insights and strategy parts.
  • Coordinate with the Global Marketing Director Downstream to ensure a flawless alignment between Local markets needs and the innovation roadmap.

Ideal background

  • Deep experience in the healthcare/ MedTech sector or medical devices, including global product launches.
  • Proven senior marketing leader with a track record within the healthcare sector.
