VMA Group is seeking their first Head of Internal Communications to lead the establishment of the internal communications function. This permanent role offers a salary of up to £110,000 and operates on a hybrid working model with 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

The ideal candidate will have established internal communications experience on a global scale and recent agency experience. This position plays a key role in leading transformation communications during an exciting period of change for the organization.
