My client is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to the CMO. This is far more than a traditional EA role. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving, high-performing environment, helping the CMO stay focused, organized, and operating at their best. From managing complex schedules and international travel to coordinating strategic meetings and supporting key initiatives, you’ll play a critical role in keeping everything running seamlessly.
Ideal Background:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced sector environment such as tech, scale-ups, gaming, hospitality or similar.
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
