A fast growing UK based energy company is looking to bring a Media & Comms Officer to their team in delivering disciplined communications across media, digital and owned channels, ensuring corporate messages are translated to well-written and well-timed output.
This includes:
- Drafting press releases on a proactive and reactive basis
- Working with PR agencies
- Briefing journalists in Tier 1 media and specialist publications
- Producing high quality content such as case studies and project updates
- Supporting management of company website, microsite and media channels
The successful candidate needs to have proven media relations and external communications experience from the energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering or manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position paying up to £50,000. Their office is based in Victoria and they operate a hybrid working model of 4 days in the office.
