Opportunity to join a fast‑growing, culturally relevant fashion group in a creative social media role, shaping and elevating the organic social presence of multiple brands across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content and culture, combining creative direction with hands‑on execution. As Creative Social Media Manager, you will own and develop the social identity of the brands, driving engagement and growth through visually compelling, platform‑native content that resonates with modern fashion audiences.

Location – East London (5 days in office)

Salary – £45,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day‑to‑day management of organic social channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok
  • Develop and execute structured content calendars aligned to product launches, campaigns and brand moments
  • Optimise content and platform strategies to drive engagement, reach and follower growth
  • Monitor trends, cultural moments and platform developments to identify opportunities for brand relevance
  • Own the visual direction of social content across photography, videography and short‑form video
  • Support the planning and execution of content shoots, ensuring creative aligns with brand identity and commercial goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, creators and production partners to deliver high‑quality, platform‑ready content
  • Act as an internal creative lead, shaping storytelling through product, lifestyle and behind‑the‑scenes content
  • Build and engage a strong digital community, managing interactions and fostering brand advocacy
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to drive innovation across formats including UGC, video and reactive content
  • Track and analyse social performance metrics, using insights to refine and improve content strategies
Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing within fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands (essential)
  • Strong track record of growing and managing organic social channels, particularly Instagram and TikTok
  • Excellent understanding of content creation including photography, videography and social‑first creative
  • Strong visual eye with the ability to create premium, engaging and culturally relevant content
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends and audience behaviour
  • Experience collaborating with creatives including photographers, videographers and influencers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into creative improvements
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
