I’m managing a very exciting role at a prestigious professional services company with circa 5,000 employees globally. This role is responsible for managing and executing the communication strategy for their new technology programme, which has a suite of tools to enable them to operate in a more efficient and effective manner.

The two key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Change communications (60%) - Collaborate with the programme team to plan and implement the adoption communications, involving content generation, campaigns, identifying channels and platforms, and building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
  • Change management (40%) – Stakeholder analysis, audience segmentation, change analysis.

This is a 12-month contract paying between £58,000 - £76,000 plus benefits. Their office is in the City, and they operate a hybrid model of 2-3 days in the office. You will need to be available immediately or on a notice period of no more than 4 weeks.
