Exclusive opportunity to join a globally recognised membership organisation in a relationship-led business development role focused on growing revenue from an established portfolio of corporate and employer accounts. The role is centred on account-based relationship management, senior stakeholder engagement and expanding existing partnerships across membership, professional development and corporate services.
Hybrid working – 2 days in Central London, 3 from home.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of priority corporate and employer accounts, with responsibility for relationship quality and commercial performance.
- Develop and deliver account plans to increase revenue, retention and long-term value.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across HR, L&D, leadership and executive teams.
- Expand existing relationships into additional services including professional development, events, sponsorship and partnerships.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner and credible ambassador for the organisation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver joined‑up account activity and a high‑quality client experience.
- Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and feed insight into wider commercial strategy.
- Experience in account-based business development or key account management.
- Strong track record of growing revenue from existing relationships.
- Comfortable operating with senior and C‑suite stakeholders.
- Commercially astute, relationship‑led and purpose‑driven.
- Experience working in a purpose‑led, membership, professional body or professional services environment.
- Confident operating in a relationship‑led commercial role with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
