As the new Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy. We’re talking hands-on leadership—especially when it comes to Google Ads and our digital strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the Charge: Own and grow our paid performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
  • Getting Stuck In: Roll up your sleeves and lead campaign strategy and execution—everything from keyword targeting to bidding and optimisation.
  • Making Data Your Superpower: Use campaign data and user insights to tweak, test, and improve for maximum impact.
  • Team Player Mode: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Data to align goals and drive results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Build a long-term vision for performance marketing, while staying hands-on and practical in the day-to-day.
  • Trying New Things: Experiment, A/B test, automate, and explore smart targeting to keep us ahead of the game.

Ideal background

  • A solid background in performance marketing with deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping).
  • 5-10 years performance marketing experience.
  • Prior experience of working within a tech scale-up, marketplace/tech platform or similar. B2C experience preferred.
  • Analytical and technical know-how when it comes to campaign optimisation, bidding, and conversion tracking.
  • Great with tools like Google Analytics, attribution models, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Experience running multi-channel digital campaigns (think Google, Meta, programmatic—you name it).
