Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales growth across the European market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, technology sales, enterprise applications, and SaaS solutions, with proven experience selling large digital transformation programs. This role requires a high-performing sales hunter capable of generating new business opportunities, closing large enterprise deals, and building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Regional Manager – Europe and work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Centers of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe within targeted industries.
- Generate $1M+ annual revenue from new client acquisitions (new logos).
- Lead and close large enterprise deals valued at $5M+ including multi-service engagements.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle including market analysis, prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (VP level and above) within client organizations.
- Position and sell Digital Transformation solutions including Application Development and Maintenance, Managed Network and Application Services, Enterprise Application Implementation, and Data Engineering and Migration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product teams, and Centers of Excellence to support lead generation and solution development.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning.
- Contribute to sales strategy and market expansion initiatives across Europe.
