Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across target industries (Energy, O&G, Renewables, EPC, CPG)
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Execute regional sales strategy and consistently achieve revenue targets within Benelux and UK region
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (technical, commercial, procurement)
- Position the organization as a strategic engineering partner
- Promote engineering service capabilities, including: Process & plant engineering, FEED & detailed engineering, Brownfield / revamp projects
- Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams on proposals and client solutions
Requirements
- ~8–20 years of experience in engineering services sales / business development
- Strong track record within Energy, O&G, Renewables, EPC, or Process/Plant Engineering sectors
- Proven experience selling into Benelux and UK markets
- Solid understanding of:
- Process plant lifecycle
- EPC/EPCM models
- FEED, detailed engineering, brownfield projects, digital engineering
Preferred
- Existing network in Benelux / UK energy or engineering ecosystem
- Exposure to offshore/global delivery models
- Familiarity with digital engineering solutions
