Dental Laboratory Manager to lead its operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency and customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in dental technology, excellent leadership skills and a thorough understanding of implant workflows.
You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day running of the laboratory, supporting the team and driving continuous improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy dental laboratory.
- Manage workflow to ensure cases are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
- Lead, motivate and develop the laboratory team to achieve consistently high standards.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures across all departments.
- Monitor productivity, turnaround times and operational performance.
- Work closely with technicians to resolve technical queries and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure implant cases are managed to the highest clinical and technical standards.
- Liaise with dentists and clients, providing a professional and responsive service.
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, laboratory procedures and industry regulations.
- Assist with recruitment, training and performance management where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing or supervising within a dental laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of dental laboratory workflows and production planning.
Essential
Excellent understanding of implant restorations and implant systems.
