Job Description
We have a job vacancy for a dental technician with implants experience with a dental lab in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in fabricating and processing implant-supported prosthetics with a strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and implant systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-quality restorative work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate implant prosthetics, including crowns and bridges
Work with digital workflows (CAD/CAM) and conventional techniques to design and produce implant restorations
Interpret dental prescriptions, models, and digital scans to ensure accuracy and precision in design
Collaborate with dentists, oral surgeons, and other technicians to discuss case planning and ensure quality outcomes
Perform quality control checks and make adjustments to ensure proper fit, function, and aesthetics
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with dental implants in a laboratory setting
GDC registered technician with relevant experience
Strong knowledge of various implant systems (e.g., Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer, etc.)
Experience with digital dental technology such as 3Shape, Exocad, or similar CAD/CAM systems
Excellent hand skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
