Are you an experienced Ceramist Dental Technician with a passion for creating exceptional aesthetic restorations? Would you like to join a leading digital dental laboratory, working with cutting-edge technology and a highly skilled team?

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a talented Ceramist Dental Technician to join their busy ceramics department. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a modern laboratory specialising in premium full-arch implant restorations for dental practices across the UK and Ireland.

The Role

Working within a highly experienced team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality aesthetic restorations, with a particular focus on full-arch implant cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cut-back of milled zirconia restorations.
  • Layering pink ceramics and porcelain to recreate natural gingival aesthetics.
  • Characterisation and glazing of full-arch zirconia implant restorations.
  • Glazing monolithic zirconia restorations.
  • Ceramic finishing of single implant crowns and bridge restorations where required.
  • Working closely with fellow technicians to consistently deliver exceptional quality.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Ceramic Dental Technician.
  • Strong experience working with zirconia restorations.
  • Excellent ceramic layering, staining and glazing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative laboratory team.
  • GDC registration would be advantageous but is not essential.

You'll be joining a modern, fully digital dental laboratory equipped with the latest Zirkonzahn milling systems, advanced CAD/CAM technology, and 3D printing facilities. Working alongside a team of more than 20 experienced technicians, you'll enjoy a supportive environment where quality, innovation and continuous professional development are genuinely valued.
