A well-established, modern dental laboratory based in North London is seeking an experienced Dental Technician / CAD CAM Supervisor to join our growing team. Exocad experience is essential! This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong digital dentistry experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day CAD/CAM workflow within the laboratory, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and consistency. You will work closely with the production team, supporting digital design, milling, and finishing processes while helping to drive continuous improvement across the lab.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and managing the CAD/CAM department
  • Designing dental restorations using CAD software
  • Overseeing digital workflows from scan to production
  • Ensuring quality control and accuracy of all digital work
  • Supporting and training team members where required
  • Maintaining equipment and optimising production processes

Requirements
