We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Ceramist to join a well-established dental laboratory in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Dental Technician who takes real pride in producing high-quality, aesthetic ceramic work and is looking to join a laboratory where quality and attention to detail are genuinely valued.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ceramics and be confident working independently on cases from start to finish. You should have an excellent understanding of dental anatomy, morphology, occlusion, shade and aesthetics, with the technical ability to consistently produce restorations to a high standard.
The role will include:
- Producing high-quality ceramic restorations
- Layering and finishing anterior and posterior cases
- Working with zirconia and other modern restorative materials
- Shade matching and achieving natural, highly aesthetic results
- Managing more complex and demanding cases
- Ensuring consistently high standards of fit, function and finish
- Working closely with other technicians and the wider laboratory team
- Maintaining excellent quality control throughout your work
We’re looking for:
- An experienced Dental Technician with a strong background in ceramics
- Excellent layering, staining, glazing and finishing skills
- A strong eye for aesthetics, morphology and natural tooth characterisation
- Good knowledge of occlusion and dental anatomy
- Experience handling high-end and complex cases
