The role involves leading, supporting, and supervising client projects as a CCTV Project Supervisor. You will report to Manuella (Head of Operations) and work hands-on with hardware in the field, coordinating partners for installations.

What you'll do:

  • PMO delivery: Lead the end-to-end rollout of installations across council sites, ensuring smooth delivery from kick-off to handover. Oversee the configuration and commissioning of camera units to meet each council's requirements.
  • Partner management: Train and certify partners on the installation and maintenance of solutions, ensuring compliance with quality and uptime standards. Act as the interface between installation partners and HQ, coordinating schedules, priorities, and escalations.
  • Client technical support: Serve as the named technical point of contact for councils, triaging and resolving issues within defined SLAs. Conduct site surveys to validate camera types and installation locations, and produce execution packs for installers. Coordinate spares and replacements with HQ to minimise downtime.
  • With HQ: Produce regular reports and progress updates for management. Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records to keep projects on track. Build strong working relationships with HQ, external partners, and council clients.

In the field: This role covers deployments across the UK, with regular regional travel being an integral part of the job.

Who you are:

  • At least 5 years experience working with technical delivery or field operations, ideally in council, public-sector, or similarly complex environments.
  • Understanding of electrical systems, outdoor installations, and pole/camera fixings would be a bonus.
  • Track record of deploying and commissioning hardware or camera systems.
  • Confident managing multiple projects at once and keeping everyone informed.
  • Great communication skills — comfortable breaking down and explaining technical issues.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Full working proficiency in English is required.
  • UK driving licence is required to get between sites.

Bonus points:

  • Familiarity with CCTV or EV charging infrastructure.
  • Experience with UK local authorities / the public sector / B2G.
