As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how NDI is positioned and marketed across industries. The goal of Product Marketing at NDI is simple yet ambitious: drive adoption and fuel growth by turning innovative IP video technology into clear, compelling value for users, partners, and the market at large. You’ll not only execute best-practice processes but also shape how NDI’s offerings are understood, adopted, and expanded across industries. You’ll be the key link between Product, R&D, and our go-to-market teams – ensuring that the benefits, ROI, and transformative potential of NDI are unmistakable in every message, campaign, and partner conversation.

Responsibilities- Own go-to-market strategy for NDI products and solutions, including positioning, messaging, and launch execution.
- Translate technology into value by creating clear narratives, customer stories, and use cases that resonate with partners, users, and internal teams.
- Drive adoption and growth through strategic marketing programs, campaigns, and enablement initiatives.
- Enable the field and partners with compelling content, sales tools, and training that communicate ROI and benefits of adopting NDI.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy and ensure NDI’s differentiation is clear.
- Measure and optimize impact of product marketing activities, ensuring visibility of results to stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer and the partner within the organization, advocating for their needs and shaping product-market fit.
- Drive product launches end-to-end, leading campaign execution across channels (digital, events, PR, social, partner marketing).
- Create and deliver marketing assets such as messaging frameworks, product collateral, case studies, web content, and sales enablement tools.
- Develop vertical-specific use cases and stories (broadcast, enterprise AV, education, etc.) to expand NDI adoption in new markets.
- Act as the key contact between Product/R&D and go-to-market teams, ensuring sales and marketing have complete visibility into release schedules, roadmaps, and feature updates.
- Partner with Demand Generation to design and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and qualified pipeline.
- Produce launch kits and release deliverables (feature briefs, customer-ready content, internal FAQs) to ensure consistent communication of product updates.
- Conduct win/loss and customer feedback analysis to refine messaging and uncover growth opportunities.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future programs and demonstrate ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform positioning and keep NDI ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with developer relations and technical teams to ensure integrators and third-party developers have clear positioning, documentation, and value narratives for building on NDI.
- Translate product features into clear customer and partner value, creating messaging and narratives that align with outcomes and purchasing processes.
- Produce and maintain sales collateral (presentations, playbooks, one-pagers, battlecards, ROI tools) and track usage/effectiveness with CRM and analytics.
- Equip sales and channel partners with enablement materials (sales kits, demo scripts, customer-facing presentations, diagrams, videos) that make it easier to position and sell NDI.
- Collaborate with OEM and ecosystem partners on co-marketing and enablement programs that highlight NDI apps, tools, and SDKs.
- Source and amplify customer stories and advocates, turning use cases into proof points that strengthen sales conversations.
- Support sales readiness efforts by contributing positioning, messaging, and value props for training sessions and workshops led in partnership with sales leadership.
- Develop demo narratives, scripts, and supporting content to ensure tradeshows, partner events, and live engagements are consistent, compelling, and on-message.
- Continuously optimize enablement content based on feedback from sales, partners, and customers.
- Evangelize NDI internally and externally, driving awareness of product developments and success stories across stakeholders.
- Elevate NDI’s visibility and influence in the industry by driving awareness of its role as the global standard for IP video.
- Position NDI as a thought leader by shaping narratives and participating in key industry conversations, events, and media opportunities.
- Showcase customer success and adoption through proof points, references, and case studies that highlight real-world value.
- Continuously capture market insights to refine messaging, guide strategy, and ensure NDI stays ahead of industry trends.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in product marketing – background in B2B, B2C, or prosumer technology all welcome.
- Proven ability to craft go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that drive adoption across different audiences.
- Familiarity with video technology, Pro AV, media, or adjacent industries is a plus, but not required.
- Strong skills in translating technical features into outcome-focused customer value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Experience supporting ecosystem or partner-driven products (OEMs, SDKs, integrations) is a bonus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment where success metrics and categories are still being defined.
- Reports to the VP Solution Marketing.
- Operates with a high degree of independence in planning and executing product marketing initiatives.
- Receives strategic direction but is expected to drive go-to-market activities, launches, and adoption programs end-to-end.
- Works in close collaboration with Product, R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
